I got to ride a Rocket 2.3 Liter 3 Cylinder last year and was sure that it could have done the job with 1000cc less. What an engine. Putting it in a Trike may sound like it would slow it down, but far from it. I would not try it, but if your intent was to tow a trailer two up with luggage at 100mph, this would be the engine you would want. This bike is a 2006 Triumph Rocket 111 with a Motor Trike Rocket conversion. The bike came with the Factory option Fuel Gauge, Roadster Screen, Clock and Front Engine Dresser Bars. The bike was purchased new and the Trike body was added in 2007 for $9809.42. It has the optional Tow Hitch, Trunk Kit and Fender Bars along with the standard Air Adjustable Rear Load Suspension. The rear wheels are Billet and all three tires look to have at least 80% with 4927 miles showing on the odo. The seller has had recent surgery and will not be able to ride the bike again which brings us to selling the bike. The bike has been ridden, but is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic shape. The rear foot brake lever is missing one of the rubber pads of the 4 that were installed when new. The exhaust runs through a short glass pack and maybe a little loud for some tastes. You will not miss it coming. The battery is two months old and the Trike is ready to roll cross country. The original cost of the bike and installed Trike conversion was over $24,000.
