I am selling a restored and customized 1969 Dodge Charger. The VIN (XP29B8BXXXXXX) designates this as 1 of 906 built in 1968 so it is SUPER RARE. THIS WILL BE SOLD. However, this Charger has been taken to the limit...Here are the highlights: -Motor: 440 block bored to a 452 and was professionally installed. (Cost of the motor alone was $15000!). The motor has less than 2500 miles on it since build. The carb is 2 years old. -727 Transmission with reverse manual valve body. Quarter Stick shifter with nitrous button on the top. Reverse is locked out. -Rear End is a 8 ¾ with 3.55 gears -Motor, Transmission and heavy duty drive shaft were installed at the same time and have less than 2500 miles on them. -Extra large radiator -Nitrous System with bottle in the truck, currently shooting 100-150. Can accomodate a 250 shot. Has only been used 4 times. -GM Ignition System -4 Wheel Disc Brakes -Welded frame connectors -Fuel cell and battery in the trunk -Custom six point roll bar -Steering Wheel and Starter are new The exterior has some custom touches... -Shaved Door Handles and Drip Rails -Rounded tops of the doors (No side glass) -Painted Plum Crazy Purple in 2007. -American Racing Rims and newer tires -Working hideaway headlights Interior: -Custom Dash -New Electrical in the Dash (all lights and buttons work) -Racing Seats with 5 point harness in both -Grey interior, no carpet/headliner or rear seat. This car will run sub-11s with a small shot of nitrous and slicks. It has not been raced but is set up to do well if the buyer is interested in going that route or it could be a weekend cruiser! If the buyer is looking for a more classic style Charger, a carpet and headliner can be easily installed. The roll cage can come out without too much work.
