1950 Dodge B2B 5-window "Pilot House" 1/2 ton pickup; all stock; 75,900 miles; I am 3rd owner; truck had been in storage since 1985 before I bought it a year ago. Runs like a top and a real head-turner; everything works including all instrumentation (odometer, speedometer, gas gauge, temperature gauge, oil pressure gauge, battery charge gauge, turn signal and panel lights); Original tube radio works well; horn, throttle, choke, wipers and original heater and defroster all work well; headlights and tail lights work well; recently replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel lines, water pump, wiring harness for tail lights, and carburetor; windows roll up and down well and wind wings work well; doors open easily and shut snugly; no cracks or chips in windows; 6-volt battery (about 6 months old) and 12 -volt battery (brand-new) used as a bypass for greater starting ease (batteries located under driver's side floor board); recently replaced bed and guard rails with high-quality hardwood with stainless steel fasteners; Motor rebuilt in 1979 by Mitchell Brothers of Columbus, Ohio; rebuilt generator (1979); new exhaust (2010); new clutch and pressure plate (1985); brakes rebuilt and replaced brake lines (2010); recored radiator (1985); lots of spare parts inlcuding clutch, pressure plate and carburetor. Front and rear 1947 California license plates with 1950 tabs; driver-side running board has 3 areas about 1-inch in diameter each that have rusted through (see photo with red cirlce around this area). These areas are close to the left-front fender, and present no problem with the running board supporting the weight of an individual stepping up into the cab. Bench seats, door panels and head liner recently replaced; accelerates and brakes very well; tires in good condition. Clear title; NADA values the "average retail" of this model at $12,200 and the "high retail" at $27,400. Very reasonable reserve. When I bought it from former owner a year ago, mileage was 74,600. Mileage now is 75,900.
