POLICE SEIZED VEHICLE You are bidding on a vehicle that was seized and subsequently forfeited as a result of a criminal investigation. The vehicle was forfeited on August 1, 2008. The vehicle has been driven within the last year. However, it would not start recently without the use of starting fluid and would then stall once the starting fluid burned off. The fuel pump likely needs replaced. There is no radio in the vehicle. The wheels are 26". There is no significant damage. The Expedition is equipped with a hitch. It is equipped with keyless entry, however we do not have the key fob. The title is clean and ready for transfer. There are no third row seats. It is strongly recommended that potential bidders come see the vehicle person prior to bidding. Appointments can be made buy contacting me through ebay. The Ford Expedition is being sold "AS IS." The sale will be final and a refund will not be considered. Disappointed buyers will have no recourse against the Cecil County Drug Task Force and/or participating agencies therein.
