Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is my 1963 Chevy C10 Stepside Pick-Truck. Florida Truck for over 10+ years which was originally from California then taken to Texas and finally brought to Miami, Florida. I have owned many trucks in the past, but I must say this is one of the nicest. I drive this truck on a regular basis cruising very easily at 45-55 MPH all day long. I don’t ever hesitate to drive anywhere on this truck with my kids. However, you must remember, that even though I feel so strongly about this great trucks condition, it is still a 48 year vehicle and it’s performance, looks, condition, limitations must be respected and expected. I will not disclose the reserve, so please don’t ask. If you want to Buy It Now, please send me your highest offer along with a telephone number and we will discuss it. YouTube Video!! copy / paste or click the link below http://youtu.be/QcsLC98z7rA Body: Extremely good condition, all original panels and sheet metal has almost no dents (from what I can tell), minimum surface rust, both Cab Corners are in excellent condition. Floors are SUPER solid and no rust inside or underneath. The worst case of rust is on the bottom of the passenger door, some rust but nothing major. Bed: It has a sheet of Diamond Plate Steel that is being held by a few screws. I have the metal beams set that go in place when putting a wood bed that will go with the truck. I do not have the trim pieces that accent the wood planks. The inside bed walls do have rougher rust parts, but nothing that requires immediate attention. Keep in mind this was likely a work truck. Paint: It was painted a while ago a UPS brown color, but the clear is almost completely gone, but there are no chips or flakes anywhere. HOWEVER, it has developed an AWESOME flat tone of brownish color that people love to have on their Rat Rods. The color is unbelievable and it shows a lot of character. If you opt to paint it, it’ll be extremely easy taking into account the great condition it is in. Interior: All original panels and dash. I believe the seat was re-upholstered in a black vinyl that is in great shape with the exception of the Drivers’ BUTT area which has a few cracks. Springs on the seat are strong and firm, and they make no noise. Dash is in perfect condition, with glove box in great condition. Steering wheel has some cracks and chips but very solid. The floors are Super Solid and have 0% of rust. Motor: Original re-build 283 motor: works perfect and has absolutely no issues Transmission: 3 speed manual transmission which was rebuilt at one point, but it’s not holding 3rd gear in place. I put a brand new clutch about 1 week ago and it’s still kicking it out. If you hold the shifter then it stays and drives great. It has no play, and shifts smooth. Fuel System: Brand new Rust Free in cab fuel tank with 0 % of fuel gasses inside or outside the cab. All lines are solid and have 0 leaks. Wheels & Tires: Tires have about 60-70 % thread still remaining. Steel Wheels which me and my boy painted Gloss Black. Carburetor: Edelbrok, working 100% perfect. It will not give you any issues to start. Has absolutely no current issues and has no problems whatsoever. (Does not need to be re-built) Brakes: Drum Brakes all-around with new pads and brake lines. Emergency brake works great! Cooling System: It is an original Radiator which has no leaks. Electrical: All new wiring harness. The following items work with no issues: headlight, low beams, front & rear blinkers. Glass: All glass on this truck is perfect and free of any cracks or chips. Both windows roll up and down smoothly. Title: Clean, Clear, & Open Local Pick-up,Shipping & Payment Feel free to contact me (Eddie) at 305-281-6440 or email me for any further questions.
