I have a 1999 Jaguar XK 8 Coupe that has been wrecked, but I drove the car last spring. I bought the car for the wheels and front seats. I was told that it was a hit and run . Pictures will show the damage . I replaced the left rear lower control arm, I removed the 2 front seats for my use. So the 2 front seats do not come with vehickle. The rear seat has been vandalized by a razor knife, but can be recovered if wanted or replaced. The front of the car has sheet metal damage that is repairable, but probably only to an experienced body person. I drove the car last spring to the garage after I installed the rear control arm, but did not have the tools too reinstall the rear shock spring. So I had the garage do that for me. I drove the car back home, and tinkered with it for a while until I ran it out of gas. Now it has sit for about 6 months and I could not get the fuel tank to take gas. I dont know if there is a check valve stuck or what. I removed the sender unit and got about a gallon of fuel in the tank, and the fuel pump works fine, but would not start. Nothing else has been done to this car since I drove it. I dont really know what the problem is Im selling this car with a very low starting price and NO RESERVE If you have any questions just ask The engine and transmission ae worth more than my starting price, along with the rear suspension you could part this out and make a bundle Thanks for looking I have included additional pictures of the interior. It is pretty rough. Their is no air conditioner condensor, no trunk floor board, It needs a window switch on the drivers side, This car does have its issues, but at the price yu cant go wrong. I have the other black rim and tire that matches the other 3 which goes with it, so at least you have 4 alike Both airbags were blown, so I think there were 2 separate accidents of which I was only told about one. I bought this car inSouth side Chicago from a dealers son. It must rub off or trickle down when it comes to buying from a car dealer. I dont believe I was told all the facts.
