I don’t want to, but must sell my Honda Hawk GT NT650. If you are not familiar with these see this link: http://www.totalmotorcycle.com/buyersguide/Honda-NTV650-REVERE-NT650-HawkGT.htm This is a great motorcycle that is fun to ride, with great handling and amazing acceleration. 0-60 in 3.9 makes it easy to avoid traffic and when that won’t work it has good brakes. Not for really tall people, this is one of my all-time favorite bikes. I have only had BMW’s before this and I have to say that the only thing the beemers are better for is long distance riding. 18,000 miles and still going strong, new filters, new chain and new 15T front and stock rear sprockets. The back tire has about 500 miles on it, the front has more but this sale comes with a new Michelin front tire, un-mounted. Also new are the rubber drive dampers in the rear hub and the dual throttle cable. The bike is stock with only the addition of a front fork stabilizer and a Corbin seat. Runs great, no leaks, doesn’t use oil, the liquid cooling perfect, and the overall condition is excellent. There are some very small scratches and blemishes on the tank, but still looks great. These bikes are the forerunner to the Ducati monster with the frame on the outside and all aluminum. Elf, of race car fame, designed the single swing arm, and the bike weighs a little over 400 lbs. 647cc 4 stroke engine with two spark plugs per cylinder. Runs best on premium gas and has a 3.18 gallon tank with a small reserve and locking gas cap (same key as ignition). It is current with the state of Texas inspection and tags (both renewed this month so good for another year). Sold as-is with no warranty.
