I do not know the extent of what has been done to it so I will tell you what I do know. The EGR cooler has been removed and a by pass has been installed. It is not the original exhaust or turbo. When you first start this truck it kind of sounds like a jet engine for the first 30 seconds or so. My Diesel mechanic said this is from upgrading the turbo and exhaust but he could say for sure what they did. I do know this truck has considerable more power than our '04 F250 and the '07 F250 we just sold. I am not sure what the fuel economy is but it does seem to be better than most power strokes. I would guess 17 but please do not quote since I have not specifically measured it. Everything works on the truck like it did when it was sold brand new. If you have any problems with in the first 30 days all you have to do is return it to our dealership and we will fix the problem free of charge. The truck has passed a 100 point inspection and is ready for driving. We have changed the oil as well as the oil, fuel and air filters.
