It has new plates and registration . The only thing you have to pay is transfer of ownership $24.00 . The car runs perfect no leaks . It does have some dings and small dents . This is not a Mercedes nor a BMW so if you are very picky this car is not for you. The car again runs great . It has a nice stereo in it . It has 190k miles on it however it had the top end of the engine done and timing belt at 145k miles .The interior is ok.
