This great driver also features 14 Chevy 5 spoke rally wheels, power steering, power disc brakes, performance built 396 CID V-8 engine, Accel HEI ignition, dual exhaust, Jensen stereo system, anti-theft/alarm system and more. Sitting in nice and very high driver quality condition, this uncommon icon of the 60s also boasts supplemental gauges, a very solid undercarriage with original floors, a clean straight body, well detailed engine compartment, a clean corrosion free trunk with spare tire, trunk mat and SS floor mats. We have included a couple close ups of the paint to show a few of the small cosmetic defects in the paint. Body and undercarriage are very straight and typical of a dry climate car. Floors are extremely solid with absolutely no rust issues and are original with no weld in panels. Overall the body is extremely nice as well, however the rear quarters have been replaced, no rust bubbles are present in the paint. Original color is 72, Monaco Orange an SS only color. -Interior is in good condition all the way through, steering wheel does have a few cracks in it as is typical for cars of this age. Carpet and seat covers have recently been replaced and are in great condition, door panels are a little wavy but are in very good shape and look great. -Engine is very strong with a great big block sound and produces serious power, well in excess of 350 HP. Motor is 1969 date coded block fitted with cast iron cylinder heads, Edelbrock Performer intake manifold, Holley carburetor, exhaust headers, performance cam shaft and more. Transmission is a Turbo 400 auto with shift kit and does have a higher than stock stall converter. Odometer reads 93,106 miles and based on car condition, and previous owners account, is likely actual mileage. However, all vehicles over 25 years old are sold as is and mileage exempt.
