All vehicles are sold " AS-IS WHERE IS " No warranty is expressed, written or implied from the seller whatsoever, however there may be a factory warranty remaining on many of our vehicles or any vehicle aged less than 7 years or 70,000 miles may qualify for Automotive Direct USA certified program. The seller has done the best possible inspection of each vehicle and disclosed any defect they have found, but shall not be responsilbe for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. PLEASE be realistic and realize that these are used vehicles not new, and although we try to the cleanest cars available, we may miss small nicks or chips in our description. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks and chips, scratches and any other marks that are associated with use consistent with the age and mileage of the vehicle. Obviously, a car that is 8 years old will show more wear and have more flaws than one that is only 2 years old. Most cars are sold at wholesale prices, many way below book. Therefore, there is minimun profit, especially on "no reserve" auctions. As such. we can not afford to warranty the vehicle as if you had purchased it for full list price. We strongly recommend that all buyer purchase an Extended Warranty (available on most cars). This will help defray the cost of mechanical repairs should any become necessary in the future. Remember some of these cars are near a decade old and they may be new to you, but that does not change the fact they are used vehicles and repairs may be needed at regardless of how short of a time you have owned the car. While we try to service any known defects it is always possible for any used vehicles to need service or repairs in the first days or weeks of ownership, NOT likely, but possible! Since these vehicles are used, please remember that books, extra keys, remote entry keys, CD cartridges, etc... do not always remain with the vehicle throughout their life. We will not be responsible for these minor accessories. These items are all replaceable at any local factory dealer or here on eBay for a few dollars... If you are not 100% positive that you want the represented item "DO NO BID"! If you are uneasy about bidding int he slightest, "DO NOT BID"! Only bid if you are absolutely certain you want the listed item and the means to complete the transaction.
Payments: Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction. . The remainder is due within 7 days of Auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older that 2000 or with more than 100K in miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Title Information: Most of our cars come from trade in's, dealer network or dealer auctions, in some cases the dealer has to make make a payoff to a bank or finance and will have to wait for the title which could delayed up to 30 days. If it is not in we will provide you with a 60 temporary registration so you can drive your vehicle right away.
Shipping and Delivery: All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $3,000,000.00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "Carrier" selected. A typical experience is 7-14 days from the date the vehicle is picked up from our facility until it is delivered to your destination. Verify with the "Carrier" for an Estimated Time of Arrival to be sure.
Fee and Tax Information: Maryland residents must pay applicable state sales tax and license and registration fees. We will handle all licensing and title work for Maryland Buyers. Out of state buyers, when the vehicle is shipped or picked up at the dealership they are responsible to pay all taxes and license fees in the state where they are registering the vehicle and do not have to pay any taxes or fees to the state of Maryland. Seller will furnish buyer a 60-day temporary license plate for a $20.00 fee to allow time for the buyer to complete the transaction in their own state. Buyer must have proof of insurance on this vehicle and a valid drivers license. A Dealer Processing Charge (Not Required By Law) of $100.00 will be charged on every deal to cover the cost of sale, paperwork and administrative work so we can continue to sell our cars to you on eBay at wholesale prices.
