The mileage stated in our listing is the mileage shown on the odometer (or as close as possible,) at the time the photo was taken. Federal Odometer law requires us to mark the title EXEMPT if the vehicle is 10-years or older, unless otherwise noted. NO WARRANTY 8. YOU WILL PAY ALL COSTS FOR ANY REPAIRS: The authority assumes no responsibility for any REPAIRS REGARDLESS OF ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENTS ABOUT THE VEHICLE. This vehicle was inspeced with adequate tires, HOWEVER they WILL NOTt be sold with the vehicle. These tires are on a lease through Bridgestone, they are not owned by the Transit Authority. They will be replaced with older tires which will not pass inspection; YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE NEW TIRES. The radio / clock does not hold time or programming.
