Presenting one sharp Mustang coupe with all the Cobra upgrades! Flowmaster exhaust is very throaty for the 'weak-of-heart', especially over 55 mph. Car has extremely tight suspension and drive train. Exceptional!
Motor is the excellent 5.0 liter(with 'Cobra' stamp on manifold)- plenty of power-but with factory 5 speed overdrive is easy on the gas pump! Due for thermostat as runs cold. Automatic transmission has fuel efficient overdrive and shifts beautifully in all gears. Factory alloy wheels are mounted with nice set of high-performance BF Goodrich tires with good tread. Ford logo on trunklid rather than 'SVT'.

INSPECTION items; Not available for Ma. registration for on-road use(ie.no RMV -1). BRAKES ARE SMOOTH ON HARD STOP AND BRAKE ON A DIME. My local third-party tech available to measure pad and rotor depth and under-car items, plus oil change, filter and fluid top-off as a 'pre-trip' inspection for $79. Some states like Georgia and Arizona have no state inspection for emissions or safety, and others like California are rigorous. Therefore, plan to have your tech prepare for your individual state's inspection criteria.
Title info; All cars bought through our local auction have had an internal 'carchek' report performed. This checks for mileage history verification and for previous title brands such as flood, prior theft or reconstruction. Prior theft and rebuilt title may apply-see carfax report.
Fixits, etc. Exterior appearance is great, other than some scratches on hood that need touch-up and clearcoat. No rust problems on this 'garaged' car. Alloy wheels are correct for the Cobra model. Bumper covers will have usual scuffs attendant with a car of this era.

Legal terms; LEGAL TERMS: As per the eBay User Agreement and the terms of this auction, a successful, winning auction bid forms a legal and binding contract between the buyer and seller. It is agreed that only a court of competent jurisdiction in Middlesex County, MA will adjudicate any claims pertaining to this contract. The buyer agrees to waive his or her right to litigation pertaining to this contract in any other municipality or legal venue. The seller is also entitled to recover from the defendant, any fees, legal expenses or any other costs that are incurred as a result of a contract default by a purchaser. Placement of a bid on this auction indicates that the bidder has read and understands all of the terms of this auction, and constitutes voluntary acceptance of all terms and policies stated above and within this contract agreement. Buyer indemnifies seller against any claims for deferred maintenance or repairs whatsoever. $195 Documentary fee is non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever. Initial payment of $300 is nonrefundable and is required within 7 days as sole remedy in case of contract default prior to collection activity with no further notice. Duplicate titles if requested are $500 minimum fee per our attorney.
If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 2006 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing, your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.
Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate, you can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.
If you are not sure about something, Please ASK. Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback.
