I am happy to bring to market a nice looking 1984 Jeep CJ-7. This refurbished 4x4 features the much loved 258ci inline 6 backed by a 5 speed trans!!! The good news is you get all the positives of the 258, and fuel savings of the 5 speed as opposed to a 3. The motor runs GREAT and fires right up all the time, everytime. All mechanicals and electronics function as should. This jeep has the ORIGINAL metal body and as the pictures show, its not full of rust, or rust bubbles. The front floor pans have been replaced professionaly and are in great condition. The 4x4 works as should and the trans shifts great and stays in gear. The paint is fresh and looks good. The radio works as well as the trailer lights hook up. This jeep runs as good as they come and drives very straight with tight steering. Yes it has power steering!!! This is not a show jeep or a brand new vehicle, it is a re-done 1984 and a great example of that. Please do not expect it to drive like a 2011 wrangler. I have had nearly 25 jeeps, and this cj is in the top 3 for driveability (if thats even a word). That all being said, this is not a project jeep either. It is a nice jeep that can be dropped to your door and ready to cruise in. Included in the auction are 1 bikini top, and a full soft top and doors. Soft top not pictured because its in storage as I do not use it (if you would like to see it, just ask). Im sure im leaving out a ton so please dont hesitate with any questions you may have.
