Up for auction is this 1974 white Cadillac Fleetwood Estate Limousine. It has red pinstriping. We purchased this limo from a friend about 10 years ago and only drove it a few times. It's been mostly stored under an open shed. The paint job is still good with just a few small spots of rust. The vinyl roof has nickel sized cracks here and there on it and one 3 inch slit. It probably should be replaced. There are some cracks and holes in the fiberglass near each tail light . The paint on the inside of the front doors is chipped in quite a few places but not visable unless the doors are open. {See Pictures}. A good wax job should make the paint shine. The navy blue leather on the doors and back of the seats and plush carpet interior is in excellent condition. I can't get a picture of the true color of the rear upholstery as it's dark navy and the flash makes it appear light blue and scruffy. It's actually navy blue and very pretty with no tears or wear and has a nice medallion shaped feature on the back of each seat. The dashboard and door panels are brown metal and are in good condition. All of the features on them work. The driver's section has black leather seats that are also in excellent condition with no tears. The small section of carpet on the bottom of the doors to the passenger compartment is worn and should be replaced. All the other carpet is in good condition. The car comes equipped with two fold up jump seats also in navy blue plush and in excellent condition. There are also two foot rests in the back. There is a window partition between the driver's section and the passenger section that works automatically. Some of the plush trim on the top inside of the doors needs replaced and is frayed and torn. The trunk has sustained water damage with some surface rust inside and will need to be redone. We removed the carpet from the trunk. The car has white wall tires and rear fenderskirts. The tires hold air but are probably 20 years old. The car does start but since it has sat for so long it only goes in reverse so does need some transmission work. It worked fine before it was stored. This car is a very smooth ride and always ran great. We never had any problems with it at all. But as stated we only drove it a few times and it has the normal problems of a car that's been sitting for a long time. It's still a nice looking car and just needs some tender loving care. I will be happy to provide any further information or pictures of this car if requested. We have the original owner's manual which is in like new condition and also lots of service records for this car.
