This is a sharp Chevrolet S-10 Extended cab with the 3rd. door & jump seat. The engine is the 2.2L 4-cyl. that will get great gas mileage with the automatic o/d tranny and 2wd. The last picture of the dash cluster will show the engine idling at normal operating temperature.
I did a short road test and the truck drives fine and tranny shifts good. It will drive but trailering salvage rebuilders is always best until repaired and registered to you.
The damage is just what you see! Rear end and nothing else, the bed did not hit the back of the cab or bend the floor of the bed. It would be easier to replace the bed and bumper and be done. The frame rails are bent at the end only where the bumper was attached, no kinks above rear axel as the pictures show. All the doors swing as they should and all glass and air bags are good.
The overall condition of the truck is good and the miles are average for the age. The truck has tons of eye appeal and will be an easy repairable for anyone and will make a good driver or great for re-sale.
The interior is also in good condition and looks to have been owned by a non-smoker. All power equipment works as it should including the cruise control, cd player and ice cold air.
