Engine is strong and does not use or burn oil, starts right up, the 4 speed manual transmission with O/D shifts as it should, fuel injected 2 liters engine with four wheel disc brakes, have service records/receipts from the past totaling ($16,775), included with that total is a brand new engine that was installed on 4/3/1981 ($2685.16 plus $365 labor) Brand new battery, tires have at least 75% tread left. The paint still shines (Seafoam green) I bought the car from the second owner (my neighbor) who had it for 18 years, has been a Tennessee car since day one, odometer quit working at 74028, few surface rust areas as expected for a 41 years old car and one bubble rust spot below the passenger fender (see last pic) that has been the same size for years, front seats have some tears but the seat covers are perfect match, gauges lights/functions work as they please. Only 9,421 P1800E were made. Gets lots of attentions from random people everywhere it goes. A sharp classic, just needs someone who has the time to make it great.
