For sale is a 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL model. 5 speed manual transmission with only 114000 miles I sold this car on ebay last week for 3000$ on auction, before buyer picked up the car i noticed few things. A day before car was running fine, no problems, parked in my garage as usual. On the next day i couldn`t start the car, engine was cranking but won`t start, i tryed few hours later and started as usual, but after few minutes engine stops like i was out of gas, i put few premium gallong of gas in the tank but was the same, won`t start. This happend again on the next day when i want to take it for a test drive, and i have a mecanic to come and take a look on the car, he check everything and told me that there is a low fuel presure comming to the engine from the fuel pump and there is not enough gas comming to the engine thats why the car stops running after few minutes, or may need to reset the ignition. Problem is or the fuel pump or fuel rail, fuel hoses or the ignition needs to be reseted. I don`t wanna to fix it right now, i don`t have time, so the highest bidder will take the car with NO RESERVE AUCTION. You can try to drive it home, but you will need all the time when you stops at the light or changing gears to keep the foot on gas pedal because the engine will stop running, it`s like the car remains without gas, or you can try to put it on a trailer or use a shipping company to pick up the car. I was selling this car because i need more room in my garage and i wasn`t drive it so much. This car has been driven only on sunny days, since i have it and never seen snow. Excellent exterior with pearl white paint, excellent paint, NO rust, NO scratches, NO dings. This car was always garaged and waxed every 2 months. Interior is black leather seats also in good condition, only few scraches and cracks on the leather, normal for the age of the vehicle. I have done complete maintenance few months ago wich includes: - new timing belt. - new water pump. - new fuel pump and filters. (changed last year, i guess it will need another one right now). - new spark plugs and wires. - new hi performance perforated brake rotors and pads. - new battery. - new clutch. Always serviced with synthetic oil on time. Engine runs strong. Transmission shifts great. NEW Clutch. Tires have 30-40% life left. Stereo has been stolen a long time ago and i didn`t have time to install a new one (there are a lot of them on ebay for around 40$). Hi performance Pionner Speakers are still in the car. It drives great, starts from the first key turn. I`m not a mecanic but i think this a easy fix, i just need to upgrade to something bigger for my family. Car is sold AS IS with no warranty.
