A 1994 Corvette with the LT1 motor which has about 300 hp and runs very strong. The amazing thing about this vehicle is its ability to get very good gas mileage. I have gotten around 25 mpg on the highway and that is great for a sports car. I traded for this vehicle a few years ago thinking I would just sell it right away, but started driving it and enjoyed it immensely so decided to drive it for a year and then sell it the next spring. Well three years later I still have it. Last year I moved to Philadelphia but left the car in Colorado, where it was garaged and covered. Additionally, this corvette has the extra top or sun roof top as I call it. So there are three looks to this car. The hard top, sun top, or california top where you run no top at all, this by the way gets the most attention as far as people looking at the car. I haven't seen it for about a year, but the pictures I took were the end of May2010. My sister will be conducting the transaction if the car sells. I will be doing the listing and she will have the signed title. She lives in Grand Junction Colorado which is western Colorado close to the Utah border right off of I-70. So the car would be easy to pick up. PROS AND CONS: A few good things: 1) Has a clear clean Title 2) Has original paint which is in very nice condition.3)Runs strong, very strong...probably not suitable as a first car or teen car. 4) Has the glass top and the painted top both original and easily removed. 5) very good gas mileage. 6) Bad economy so you are getting a great deal. A few things that need attention: 1) Although the tire tread is very good the tires have been on for awhile and the side walls have age cracks, would recommend replacing the tires if driving it from Colorado. My research shows tires can range from $500 for a set to skys the limit. 2) "Service Engine Soon" Dash light came on last year and I never got it scanned to see what needed serviced. I believe this light to be associated with a oxygen sensor. 3) The drivers door strikes the striker plate a little low. Hardly noticeable because the door opens and shuts just fine but the hinge should be looked at. 4) Before I traded for it, someone moved, what I believe to be, a vacuum advance line for the timing into the intake. I don't know if this is supposed to trick the motor's computer for more timing advance on acceleration or what. But the car does accelerate very quickly. Regardless I was going to put it back to original but never did. These are the pros and cons I can remember right now. If anything else comes to mind or my siser, who will be driving it, lets me in on something I will post it. Regardless these ads are hard to do and I am not held responsible for minor things like normal wear and tear on a almost 20 year old vehicle. I have sold a few cars in my day and it is impossible for me to see things that bother you. So if you think of something ask me and I will let you know what I find. This car is a very nice driver and is sold as is. This vehicle can be driven every day from day one for you.
