hello up for bids today is a 1972 Gran Torino 2 door hardtop with a 351C big block motor. It has a brand new Holley 4 barrel carb, aluminum intake, new HEI distributor, new water pump, new aluminum racing radiator, new fuel pump, and a freshly rebuilt 3 speed automatic transmission. brakes have been freshened, Fuel tank has been pulled cleaned and re-coated internally. Fuel lines have been cleaned out.The body and interior are all original. Dash pad is near perfect. The car has an aftermarket stereo which is not working but the 6x9 speakers are very nice. The car starts runs and drives nicely. It is currently registered in my name and insured so test drives are possible. the car has a few small dings and dents and the paint is worn out. There are no rust holes anywhere. The body is very solid all the way around. Interior is about a 6 out of 10. Air conditioner is missing a couple of hoses under the hood , but they are easy to get at a salvage yard. This car is a nice daily driver but not show car material. A full set of 4 original hubcaps is included as well as the original valve covers and air cleaner. Look closely at the pictures and please do not bid if you don't have the money to pay right away. I require a $200. NON-refundable deposit at the conclusion of the auction and the balance to be paid within 7 days thereafter by cash, money order or cashiers check. I can store the car for several weeks if need be. I have put a foolishly low reserve on this auction because I am dead serious about selling the car but I will not reveal the number, so please don't ask.
