Vehicle Detail

I bought this gleaming showpiece with about 23k original miles on it. I have put about 3500 miles on it since to eliminate any question marks. All fluids, tires, brakes, belts, etc have been changed. It can be driven like a new car. Rock Steady on the interstate getting 22 mpg with the fuel injected 5.0. All options except the sunroof and garage door opener. Everything works just as would be expected of the 26k mile car that it is, Cold A/C, cruise control, premium sound, automatic trunk, every switch works, every light works etc. Extremely hard to find this hidden headlight style of Lincoln in this condition. Perfect Family Sized Collector Car, great Saloon/Airport Car for your beach house, a heavy, safe, reliable vehicle for a new driver or even just put it to use as your new/old car. Looks, Runs, Drives magnificently. My wife just doesnt think it is as cool as I do, there is simply no accounting for taste.... It is missing the controller for the CB radio and although I have replaced all 4 sensors the door ajar light still comes on intermittantly and it is too old for the local dealer to hook to thier computer system to check to see why. The vehicle history report shows some "minor undercarrige accident" but two Ford dealer autobody techs were unable to find the slightest indication of any damage at any time. They thought that perhaps it had gotten stuck. When the guy who ordered this car was checking off all the option boxes on his order sheet he also ordered the factory "Moondust" paint. It makes the car difficult to photograph. Both the roof and the car will be silver or gold depending on the light. In these pictures the roof appears a contrasting color- it really is not. I tried to take a couple in the garage and close up so you can see. It looks pretty neat. Ok- I am giving this one last listing- everyone has dissuaded me from taking up a career in photography as they said the orginal pictures did not do the car justice. I hope these new ones prove them wrong, and the outcome of this new auction willl prove my wife wrong as well
