For sale is a used 2005 Cadillac STS with 58,476 miles. This car has a lot of potential with some work being done. This car has damage to the front, driver's side fender, and some damage to the front bumper. The two important areas of damage to be noted is that the tie rod is snapped off on the front driver's side of the car, and the other damage is that the rear wheels and tires are missing and are currently being replaced with temporary tires. It should also be noted that the wheels are in place on the front of the car, but both tires are damaged and flat. As the car currently sits it is not drivable and would need to be hauled on a flat-bed truck or trailer. A brand new battery was just installed and valued at $170.00. The DVD player, XM/FM Radio, CD Changer, and Navigation all seem to be working perfectly, and the 4.6 Liter, 32 Valve, V8 Northstar engine fires up at the push of the ignition button. There is wear on the carpet and leather seats from normal use. The controls for seat adjustment on the driver's side appear to be broken as well. Also there is not a spare tire in the trunk and a long strip of plastic has become detached from driver's side of the car that appears to be "trim/ground effects". The car has not been cleaned on the inside either, but if a person were to get the car detailed I think that it would shine up nicely. When the Laona State Bank entered the 2005 Cadillac STS' VIN and allowed eBay to fill in information for listing the vehicle it continues to show that the vehicle is All Wheel Drive. From taking a look at the front end of the vehicle and talking to the auto mechanic that looked under the vehicle it does not appear to be AWD. It is my belief that this car is Rear Wheel Drive (RWD) and not All Wheel Drive (AWD). This car was repossessed from the Milwaukee area and the Laona State Bank had the vehicle transported by a flat bed truck to Crandon, WI 54520, where the vehicle currently sits. This vehicle is being sold "As-is" without a warranty or any guaranties. Buyer is responsible for all transportation costs involved with picking up the vehicle. The seller will not ship or pay for transportation of the vehicle to the buyer, business, individual, or entity involved with this transaction. This Cadillac STS has significant damage which makes it in its current condition not drivable at present time and has not been professionally inspected. I did have a local auto mechanic take a look at the car and he reported to me that it appeared that the driver's side tie rod was the only damage that he could notice under the vehicle. The auto mechanic told me that the frame looked good, but that the tie rod needed to be replaced in order to drive the vehicle and that the whole "steering sector" would need to be replaced because it was being ordered from GM/Cadillac.
