Up for auction is my 1991 Ford Mustang LX Convertible. It has the 5.0L HO V8 engine and automatic transmission. I have owned the car for about a year now and due to too many cars in the driveway, now I must sell. The car runs and drives perfectly, shifts precisely, no smoke, and perfect idle. This is a survivor car, mostly untouched from stock. This is very hard to find these days. The only aftermarket modifications that were done to the car (before i owned it) were 2 chamber Flowmaster mufflers and 4.10 rear end gears. The body is in very good condition with only a small amount of corrosion underneath the back of the car where the spare tire well is. This could probably be fixed very easily. I do believe the car has had some paint work done to it. The paint is by far not perfect, this is not a show car. The bumpers are faded from the sun and some clear coat is peeling in places. It looks good from 5 feet, but up close you can see some imperfections. Please feel free to contact me to come inspect the car prior to auctions end. The only thing I can think of that needs fixed is the speedometer gear which needs to be changed to correct the speedo, since the rear end gear ratio is different than stock and the windshield is cracked. The tires have great tread but do have some cracking from sitting. Everything else is in great shape with this car. I require $500 deposit 24 hours after auction ends and full payment within 3 days after end of auction. This car will need to be picked up, I cannot deliver it.
