1993 Toyota 4WD Pickup Truck Standard cab 5 speed manual transmission 175,000 miles Perfect for work truck, or hunting lease. Tag and inspection current. This truck is a daily driver. Comes with a Reese Tow package. Wiring harness and towing hardware included. Ready to go behind an RV or tow vehicle. I used it for several years as a tow behind when I owned a motor home. It tows very easily. This little truck is dependable. However, having 175k miles, it is starting to show it's age. It had the timing gear, chain and housing replaced in fall of 2010. The air inlet, intake was recently serviced. Cleaned out very well. The tires are less than 1 year old. Manually locking front hubs were completely rebuilt with new bearings, rotors and brakes less than 2 years ago. It needs shocks. It needs a new battery. The engine 22RE 4 cylinder. All manual and standard. It has mild lifter noise. Engine compression is fine. Again, this lifter noise, I believe is due to its age. The valves were adjusted in the fall when the timing chain and gears were repaired. A/C was converted to R134A last summer. A/C runs fairly cold on hwy. Not as well around town. Truck gets about 20 mpg. Does not use any oil. It runs cool. It has had regular servicing and has been on synthetic oil since 70,000 miles. This truck is bare bones basic. No power windows, no power door locks or power seats. No cruise control. It also does not have power steering. The stereo is a customized (old school) installation with a 2009 Kenwood head unit. Rockford Fosgate mono amp and 8" Punch subwoofer. Sub is in a custom box that fits perfectly behind the seat. The amps are mounted next to the subwoofer behind the seat. It has a 100 watt x 2 Jensen amp driving the component speakers, which are 6.5" Infinity with custom installed dash tweeters. Crossovers are mounted behind the seat near the seat belts. The head unit auxiliary jack was bypassed and a cord installed for mp3 players or iPod. The cab has been acoustically altered with foam and carpeting to quieten the road noise. The stereo sounds incredible. Interior is average. Some rough places on the dash. Carpet is what you would expect of an 18 year old truck. Not ragged, but well worn. If you are looking for spit and polish, this isn't it. If you are looking for a good work or hunting truck, this is what you need.
