1999 Honda XR250R. Low usage, older, street oriented owner/rider. Approx 1000 miles. I purchased in 2001 from the original owner who barely used it. Original tires and chain. I'd replace the rear, but the front is good except for it's age. I had one fall that was enough to bend the handlebars, so I replaced them and added Moose Racing Handguards. I added a Baja Designs Vortex Exhaust Tip, Moose Racing Rear Fender Bag, and a hydraulic brake light switch on the rear brake. Also, a Whipps Alloy Bash Plate. Fenders have normal wood riding scratches. Overall, an excellent bike. New York State does not issue titles for off road motorcycles. I have a Transferable Registration.
