1999 Subaru Forester S, 5 speed manual transmission, 2.4 liter, 4 cylinder the engine, 144,153 miles. Fully loaded, tinted windows, good tires, recent inspection sticker. Exterior is in good condition (black), no rust. Interior is in good condition (leather seats) (seam is coming apart in passenger seats), seats heated, . Head gasket change at around 100K. This car was consuming oil right after the head gasket change which was serviced by the dealer. The dealer said that the rings were going bad. I drove it for 5 years adding about a quart of oil every month. Now it is smoking at the exhaust and backfiring. The car starts and runs, has a lack of power, and burns alot of oil. This car is also advertised locally so I have the right to discontinue the auction if sold.
