POLICE SEIZED VEHICLE You are bidding on a vehicle that was seized and subsequently forfeited as the result of a criminal investigation. The vehicle was seized on March 25, 2009. The vehicle runs and has been driven recently. There is no significant damage to the exterior or interior. Other than being started occasionally, no further maintainence has been completed. The Escape's radiator is mounted with brackets that are not original equipment. (See photos). A mechanic ran a computer diagnostic and found that the airbag may be inoperable. The Escape should be equipped with keyless entry, however there is no key fob with the vehicle. The title is clean and ready for transfer. It is strongly recommended that potential bidders come see the vehicle in person prior to bidding. Appointments can be made by contacting me through ebay. The Ford Escape is being sold "AS IS." The sale will be final and a refund will not be considered. Disapointed buyers will have no recourse against the Cecil County Drug Task Force and/or participating agencies therin. The Cecil County Drug Task Force reserves the right to re-list the vehicle for failure to pay the deposit, failure to make payment within seven days of auction close or failure to pick up the vehicle within 10 days of auction close.
