Very nice 1979 LIncoln Continental Collector's Series in the rare Cotillion White Version. The Collector's Series white cars are very rare to find. The usual ones that are seen are the midnight blue moondust metallic. The car was one owner until it came upon me sitting in a Collector's neighbors garage. It has just over 58,000 miles now because I cruise with it in the summer. It has a near flawless interior with no cuts or cracks in anything including the dash which is perfect. I have replaced calipers on the front and new rotors and pads. She will need rear drums if I can't get to it in the next few pay checks. Recently replaced the radiator , the alternator and battery, and the voltage regulator . The air- conditioning is 134a retrofitted with all new seals and a recharge with the original compressor and is the coldest I have ever seen, you can't beat the old Frigidaire compressors. Tires are whitewall and according to the previous owner two years old. The car runs flawlessly with the big block 6.6 liter 400 with a 2 barrel carb. If used everyday starts with almost not pumping the pedal for a cold start. Body as seen from the pictures is very nice but not Concourse Condition . There is a little rust on the front drivers panel and one passenger door but just stone chip rust. No holes anywhere on this car. One fender on the passenger side must have been repainted years ago because it is of poor quality and doesn't look as nice as the original paint. I am trying to be as honest as I can with the condition of the car. I would not ever sell this car with this low mileage and condition but the economy has forced me to give up my storage space. Even the original Cartier clock works and is 32 years old it's just amazing the buld quality of these old tanks. Equipment includes electronic air-conditioning, power windows and vent windows, power locks, power six way seats with lounge option, reading map lights, twilight sentinel headlights with auto dimming feature and headlamp auto timer,power trunk release am/fm stereo quadrophonic with working 8 track player, original power antenna works and is in good shape all switches are clean and work. I am enclosing a new rear bumper with purchase because of salt deterioration and chicago winters has rust and detracts from this nice car. It has been appraise by Haggerty collector insurance for a replacement value of 7000.00 without any resto work I have reduced the price because I can't afford to keep her anymore.
