1968 Mercedes Benz 280SL. Very desirable early 280sl! This car runs and drives excellent (see video). Engine was overhauled approximately 30,000 miles ago (see pic of invoice). The paint (appears to be first respray) is glossy and very presentable (only a few nics and scratches). Most fender spot welds present as well as "weep" lines by headlamps. Chrome is very presentable with minimal pitting. Interior is clean. Look at the pics closely and see how original this 280sl really is! The factory paint "drip" is still present under hood. The spare tire has never been mounted and is original...amazing for a 43 year old car! SL's in this condition and price point are just not available that often.
