I have checked this BUG out front to back top to bottom and have put around 400 miles on it last week. I live 35 highway miles one way from my office and this Bug does great and gets plenty of attention too! PLEASE do not bid if you do not intend on paying for this vehicle, I am listing it as a NO RESERVE AUCTION and the HIGH BID will get this Bug. This Beelte was traded in at BWM of Dallas back in Jan.2011 and was used on the show room floor as a model car until the first of May when I bought it. Remote alarm with KEYLESS ENTRY! You are buying a 1974 VOLKSWAGON SUPER BEETLE, has the 1600 engine with the 4 speed transaxle. Has 71-k miles, the speedometer works great but the odometer works when it wants too. This little Bug was redone a few years back and everything was replaced or upgraded. Has new brakes, new drums, struts, shocks, bearings, transaxle, all rubber molding and trim, new chrome trim, new Duralast battery with 2 year free replacement warranty just installed. The exterior is a tu-tone PPG Chrysler light blue with a PPG dark blue metalic top. This folks that did this car done a good job and removed all the glass, rubber and chrome trim before it was painted. Has a few little paint chips on the lower part of rear fenders but not bad. I ordered a 1/2 pint of matching light blue for touch up if needed. Even the interior metal was painted before the interior was installed. Has all new chrome molding, new fender welt molding, new window rubber, new rubber on other trim, chrome vent trim on deck lid, new running boards, nice clean bumpers with rubber trim and so much more. The only thing I do not like is the aftermarket chrome wheels but has 80% or better tread on the tires. All doors and deck lids open and close nice and tight with no rattles while driving. The interior has been redone also. All new original replacement seat covers, new headliner, new carpet, new dash cover, door panels, sun visors, new carpet kit under hood, new vent control knobs, am/fm cass. stereo with XM radio hook up (head unit missing, trying to contact the previous owner to see about getting it from them), also has remote alarm system with KEYLESS entry. * Must see this VW SUPER BEETLE * This car runs great, drives nice and straight, stops nice and straight and turns heads everywhere I drive it.
