stripemaster Store Here we have a real turbo 924t, turbo cars are much better investment values than none. The owner states that most 924's were built in the AUDI factory, this car is a special 1981 1/2 build and produced in the Porsche factory. The current owner has owned the car for the majority of its life. please note: I am listing this vehicle for a colleague and the vehicle has been stored here for a few years and brief details covered only CONDITION: Last started 2 years ago. Starter has some corrosion within and now fails to spin, a common Bosch problem due to fine tolerances. Easy fix. The engine ran strong with no oil consumption or noises. The vehicle has no evidence of collision damage, the doors close nicely, like a high quality car. The front photo shows hood slightly open for ease of showing. The lower front steel valence panel has some curb damage that can be bent straight prior to paint. Another problem when last running is the hydraulic clutch assist, a simple single piston device that may just need a new seal. Other minor problems may exist as with all classic sportscars The only other obvious problem is with the passenger power window, detached and can be moved up/down by hand and won't stay closed. So. this is considered a easy project since no rust hole repairs are needed, just paint and mechanical going through. You are welcomed to talk with the owner with a inquiry.
