up for sale is my 1969 cougar project car, my plan was to create a 427 stroker 6spd 9" rear, resto rod, but 4years later i ran out of space and still never started the project.I have had the car in the garage the whole time i owned it and would rather sell it then put it outside. the car does not have an engine or transmission, but it does have the 9' rear. the car needs a total restoration it was painted, for rust prevention and does not look good up close. the frame rails are solid but the car does need body work and put back together there are some spare parts in the trunk, but it is also missing some. the stainless trim is good shape for its age the car was a manual trans car and still has the clutch pedal in tact.the car needs a new convertible top but the frame is all there and works, manually. car has a lot of potential that is why i bought it in the first place but things change. I also have some extra parts, black leather interior, new ceramic coated headers for a 351, numbers matching block, in need of rebuild, new 390 radiator, gt wheels with trim rings. i will consider selling these items to winning bidder if wanted. car sold as is with no implied waranty, if you are in the area please come and see the car i would be more than happy to show it to you, good luck bidding.
