This auction is for a clean 1965 Mercedes Benz 220 SE coupe. It is a 6 cylinder. The odometer reading of 8,000 is not accurate. The car was purchased from the original owner, who used it rarely, as she lived abroad most of the time. The car was started weekly in her absence. The paint is original, with only light chips in places, and light surface rust spots. The chrome is complete, with incidental light dents. The interior wood paneling should be refinished, the varnish has surface cracks, so the texture is rough, but it is complete. The blue leather front seats need to be redone, but the rear bench is very clean overall. There is a 60s american after market air conditioner unit. The original radio functions.
