This jeep is in good working condition, it was my daily ride until I purchased a newer Jeep last month. The body is in very good condition, the paint is also good except on the liftgate which was repainted prior to my purchase in 2006.( see photo). The interior is free of rips or tears on the seats & carpet, and the dash is without cracks. Radio and gauges all work. I replaced the engine in 2/2010 with another 4.0L 6 cyl w/ 97 K miles. The current miles on the engine total 112,000. Since last summer I replaced : radiator, water pump, thermostat, serpentine belt, idler pullies (2), neg battery cable, spark plugs & wires. The transmission was services in 3/2011 - changed fluid and filter. This jeep runs strong and get much better gas mileage than the 8 cyl engine. Things you may need to address: The heat is warm, it was warm enough for last winter, but might need to be looked at some point. The A/C blows cool air, not ice cold. It probably just needs a A/C service to make it colder. The Headlight On/Off switch which also controls the dash lights is a little sloppy, but All the lights are working.
