Vehicle Detail
One more time as with my other Auctions I AM CLEANING HOUSE! This is my baby but the future will bring a new and different baby so I am selling this one. Just to make things clear this one was in a accident. I run a small motorcycle repair shop so this was a small project for me in my spare time. It DOES HAVE A CLEAR TITLE. What happened was it had a straight front hit where he must have ran into something and pushed the wheel back. I use only GENIUNE HONDA PARTS with the repair and other than 2 pieces I was able to fix EVERYTHING was replaced with NEW parts from our local Honda dealer. I purchased this bike with 42,660 miles on it and I have now had it for over 4 years and 12,000 miles later it still runs and drives great. We just put on another 200 miles just today. I really love this bike as much as my KZ 900 but it's time for a change. The tires are still pretty good yet but I would've liked to try the Dunlop 3 on it. They did have some problems with cupping on the original equipment tires and although these are still okay you have to make sure you watch the pressures. The bike has the kuryakyn Hwyway pegs, Trunk Rack, Trunk and Saddlebag lights and Shark Gills. Plus a few other items. This bike has heated Handle grips with the control on the right and I use these more than you think. It also has the driver's back rest and the vented windshield. I just changed the oil and filter and the rear end oil was changed about 3000 miles ago. I also changed all the fluids in the Front Brake, Rear Brake and Clutch. The Forks are all new and so all the fluid is also new. This is a great bike and I would ride this anywhere. If there are any questions PLEASE ask and Thank You for looking. On May-07-11 at 18:59:51 PDT, seller added the following information: I forgot to add that this bike also has the Hideaway Kuryakyn Trailer hitch and is also wired for trailers. If you look at my other auctions you will see the camper trailer that I was going to use with this bike. There is also a cover that goes with the bike. ThanksOn May-08-11 at 16:04:57 PDT, seller added the following information: One more Item that I forgot to add. When I had the front end apart I upgraded the stock sterring stem bearing with the new style tapered roller bearing. This was a huge upgrade for these 1800 and really smooths things out. Thanks for looking.
