Up for bidding is an ultra rare 1961 Chevy Apache short bed fleet side with a big back window. The truck has been upgraded with a 400 small block and a 4spd trans. it also has power disc brakes and power steering and 5 lug. Inside has a tilt column and autometer guages, Hurst shifter, edelbrock intake. otherwise stock. This truck is in pretty good shape over all. The pictures do look better than the truck does in person. Just want to be upfront and honest about that. That being said its a great truck. frame is clean and has no rust. There is a little rust in the passenger floorboard and on the cab support on the driver side. there is some body filler cracking on both doors. The stainless has some dings in it. The wood bed floor could use replacing. Truck has some dent and dings including one in the tailgate. North carolina truck with clear title. New wheels are 20" with new Khumo tires. Lastly wont stay in reverse may need adjusting. Listing this truck as is where is as an unrestored vehicle that will need attention to make it satisfactory for you to drive. It is very fast and strong has good oil pressure does not over heat. I drove it to work 20 miles one way and it did great. I do have stock rally wheels if you would prefer i will take $500 off the final price and keep the 20's and put on the rallys. Not giving out the reserve. No buy it now. BRAKES COULD BE BLED OUT A LITTLE BETTER. ALL THE STEERING COMPONENTS ARE NICE AND TIGHT. NEED SOME CLEANING UP AND COSMETICS. BRAKE LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING. ALL GUAGES AND DASH LIGHTS ARE WORKING.
