You are bidding on a 1989 Mercedes-Benz 560 SL in great condition. The SL 560 comes in one of its most desirable color combination burgundy exterior and beige leather. This car is as original as could be and accident free. The burgundy paint is rich, elegant and shiny. Please note that this 560 was made in 1989, which was the last year of production of this model. The body is perfect and straight (please see detailed pictures). The chrome parts are flawless and shiny. Please note that there are no dings or dents from removing the hard top. The SL comes with both tops. They are both in awesome condition. The soft top looks like new and the windows are perfectly clear. The seats look just beautiful and show only minimal signs of wear and tear. All wood parts and the dashboard are in perfect condition without any cracks or blemishes. The SL drives and shifts very smooth. The motor is strong, starts right up and has no mechanical issues at all. The transmission shifts nice and smoothly. The steering has no play and is like on a new SL. The A/C blows ice cold and the heating system works properly. The Mercedes has a clean Car fax. The only imperfections are three very hard to notice dents, which I tried to capture in my pictures. Other than that the car really shows minimal signs of wear and tear which is normal for its age. If you are in the market for a very nice late model 560 SL for a reasonable price, don’t look any further – this is the one!
