OK folks let me give you the story on the car before I get into the description. I bought the car a few years ago from a local Ford dealer where is was bought new and then traded in by the original LADY owner. When I bought the car it had a bad steering rack. I bought it to repair and use as a Sunday cruiser. This was my third SHO. I parked the car in my shop and covered it up to repair later as I had many car projects going. Well the time has come where I need more room in the shop. I have two restorations going on now. So I have to give up this rare low mileage one owner SHO. I have replaced the steering rack with a new rack. At that time I also replaced the front sway bar bushings and the rear sub frame to body mounting bushings. I replaced all four power steering lines. The car will need to get a 4 wheel alignment and one O2 sensor that is bad. This is one of the cleanest SHO I have seen. I cant even find a door ding in it. I have looked it over and can not find any signs of repaint or body damage. The paint is OK, it is fading, The rear spoiler is the worst spot. It has some minor scratches in it and one tiny paint chip at the left rear wheel well. The paint is dull, but a good detail and buffing would make it look great. The only body defect is the owner had something mounted to the hood?? There is a small hole drilled in it. Looks like maybe a CB antenna was there. see pictures. THERE IS NO RUST ON THIS CAR..... The interior is just as clean. There is no rips or tears in the seats. The dash is perfect no cracks or splits. Even the console lid is in great shape. Has what looks like original floor mats front and rear. The interior could use a good detail to make it shine as new. There is no smells or odors in the car even though it looks like the ash tray has been used. All the power equipment works. The A/C blows cold, the heat hot. Radio works and power antenna. ETAC buttons have very little wear, the a/c one is cracking. The rear windows have some cheap tinting on them. I was just going to remove the tint myself but will let the new owner decide to if they want it on. The car runs out great, I have put only a few miles on it but it pulls great and shifts fine with no hesitation. The motor runs strong, no smoke or noises. I do not know if the 60K mile service was done or not.. I sent a letter to the owner to ask but never got any response back. So I would recommend having it done. The tires are matching Goodyear eagles with at least 95% left on all four. The front brakes have about 50% left and I think the rears do also. I have the title in hand, it is still in the original owners name. She had it signed over to the dealer, they signed it over to me. Who ever buys it I can sign it over to them or have the title transferred to me then sign off to the new owner, which ever they prefer. I can help deliver the car up to 500 miles via car trailer, but please ask FIRST before bidding about delivery. I will work with any other shipper if it needs to be shipped. Also this is a NO RESERVE auction, I don't believe in reserves. If you bid you know how much you can afford so don't bid more then you can afford to pay. That way there is no excuses. I am not going to ask for some unbelievable NON REFUNDABLE deposit. That is another bunch of BS. You leave a deposit $500 with in 2 days. Come look at the car. If it is not what I said it is. I will give you your deposit back. But don't come and tell me you changed your mind or pick it to death. There is bound to be some small flaws, the car is 17 years old. If you want a great looking, great running piece of history then bid away these are getting harder to find and it will sell to the highest bidder. Please ask any questions BEFORE bidding or come look it over and take it for a test ride. The car is being sold "AS IS" with NO warranty. Final payment due within ten days of auction end.
