Has not been on the road regularly since 1973, still have the 72 plate that was on it. Was sitting til last year when I decided to get it going again. Vw ragtop in excellent condition. Has been in family for 20+ years. New Mexico car with zero rust. Pan and body in great shape. New brakes and brake lines. All new interior from ragtop, headliner, door panels, seats and carpet. All new metal trim for outside. All original inside with no cutting of dash. Factory radio delete. No options besides the ragtop. Newer single stage paint. Original 36 horse power motor and manual trans. Under the hood is all original with 6 volt system. Trunk area is clean and still has factory mat. All original knobs on inside, steering wheel is cracking. New front windshield and new window moldings. Lots of other stuff done, call with any questions. Not perfect though, needs visors, new rubber around doors, trunk, hood and misc little things. It also comes with boxes of 36hp stuff, 2 sets of tins, generators, extra motor with heads, cylinders, crank and case. Will not sell parts separate. Call with questions 505-804-9223.
