Vehicle Detail
Page Click Images To Enlarge Up for auction is a 1927 Nash cabriolet. We purchased this antique about 7 years ago from a gentleman in Wisconsin. We bought it with the intention to restore it, but never got around to working on it. We know very little on the history of the vehicle. Since we've owned it, it has been stored inside our shop. The body has all been taken off, blasted, some repaired and some panels were sandblasted. The picture shows the cowl turn around and strapped to the rear of the car to make it easier for transport. Most body pieces are all in boxes and on pallets. Many panels will need some work done to them to make them perfect once again. 7 years ago when we bought this car we were told that the engine and trans does work. I would assume that if one would be doing a full restoration the engine and trans would be all taken apart, cleaned and rebuilt anyways. The rumble seat pieces seem to be there for the lid, one of the pieces of metal need some work, and some hinge pieces may be there. We are missing one of the spring boxes for the seats. we have 3 spring boxes. The framing for the top seem to be there. Many pieces of wood have been cut and milled out and stained. Truely all the parts that come with the car are shown in the pictures. We unfortunately do not have literature on the car. We do have the Clear Wisconsin title from 1946. This is an absolute cool car, and a rare find. This car among many others are a part of our collection of project cars that we do not have the time to work on. Our loss is your gain. Restore this car, make it like a beauty that it can be and it will be worth much much more. How many people even know what a 1927 Nash is? Please email me with any questions concerning the car, and I will answer them to the best of my ability.
