Up for auction is a beautiful example of a 1976 Toyota FJ40. A recent, complete, body off the frame, restoration was completed on this rust free FJ40 this month. INTERIOR: Factory seats (front and rear) restored to original. Confer center console. New 3 point seat belts plus 2 point belts for rear passengers All dash knobs restored to original Heater restored and new defroster hoses Restored Glove box door and gage cluster Clutch and brake pedal assemblies removed, bead blasted and repainted. New clutch and brake pedal pads New kick vent seals Gas pedal assembly replaced withy LOKAR products Wiring harness removed and reconditioned New gear shifting instructions plate on glove box Interior of tub, sprayed in tinted U-POL Raptor Lining New OEM and stainless nuts and bolts New transfer case and 4 speed shift boots DRIVE TRAIN: Front axle completely gone through with all new bearings, gaskets and seals Reconditioned WARN locking hubs. Saginaw power steering. All new ball joints. New drop pitman arm. New brake pads Rear axle completely gone through with all new bearings, gaskets and seals, backlash and preload set to factory specs New clutch disk, pressure plate, throw out bearing and carrier, slave and master cylinders and pilot bearing, throw out arm and pivot and flywheel resurfaced. ENGINE and UNDER HOOD: Completely Rebuilt 1959 Chevy Corvette 283 Small Block Engine Edelbrock High Rise Intake Manifold RamHorn Exhaust Manifolds New 2 ½” Exhaust and Flowmasters New plug wires Crome Valve cover and accesories New belts New hoses as needed. New fuel filters New oil filter New battery cables New Water Temp Sender New Alternator SUSPENSION: Hell For Stout (HFS) 4" lift kit (2) CCOT-HFS-40Fx Front Leaf Springs (2) CCOT-HFS-40Rx Rear Passenger Leaf Springs "HFS Leveler Block" cures the Driver's Side Lean of most FJ40s Rear drop shackles HFS Shocks Brand New BFGoodrich 33 X 10.50 X 15 Mud Terrains on OEM White Wagon Wheels BODY: Body was completely removed and disassembled. Body and all panels were sandblasted to bare metal. Underneath of tub undercoated using Black U-POL Raptor undercoating. All caulking removed from seams and recaulked. Amby doors have new weatherstrip, glass, hardware installed. New door hinge bushings Repainted with Valspar Automative Urathane single stage paint in OEM T-1028 "Spring Green" color New OEM windshield and weatherstrip New Stainless hood latches New Stainless windshield latches for when the windshield is down New hood to core support rubbers New hood to upper fender rubbers New OEM windshield mount mirror arms and aftermarket mirrors. New hood hinge rubber gaskets New “Land Cruiser” emblems on front upper fender panels All bolt holes retapped Hard top disassembled restored and repainted. New headliner Updated the rear spare tire holder to newer tube style. (non matching spare) All new OEM emblems, lights, reflectors, and badges If you have any questions please ask before bidding.
