For sale is a 2002 Ford Exporer Sport Trac (4x2) in very good condition. Most of the 210,948 miles on the vehicle are highway miles. I have owned this vehicle for six and a half years, and my father owned it for two years before me. We both have taken very good care of the vehicle, with routine maintenance, oil changes, tire rotations, etc. all performed on a regular basis. The vehicle comes with a complete service record as well. There have been absolutely no problems with the engine ever. It runs the same as the day I bought it. Currently the air conditioner has some minor problems; if the vehicle sits stationary for too long while the engine and A/C are on, it will blow lukewarm air. Once the vehicle gets moving again, it will work it's way back down to blowing cold air. Beyond that, the only other issues are purely cosmetic. The rear passenger-side seat has a small tear in the leather that has been patched (see photo), the console cover has a tear in it (see photo), and the center A/C vents are missing the horizontal directional piece (see photo). The vehicle comes with a few aftermarket accessories as well. I installed a Garmin Streetpilot 2600 GPS on the dashboard (see photo). It includes a remote control and is still in good working order. I also installed an auxiliary audio input directly in to the rear of the audio unit, allowing for the use of an iPod or other audio device. There is also a Whistler radar detector (see photo) that is hard-wired into the fuse panel, enabling the device to turn on and off with the vehicle. The stereo included is the factory premium sound system, which includes a six-disc in-dash CD changer and a very nice speaker system, including a subwoofer behind the rear seats. I am selling this vehicle because I purchased a new car a few months ago and find that I no longer have a need for a pickup truck. The blue book value on this vehicle in this kind of shape is close to $7,000, but I am going to start this auction at $4,495 with no reserve. I will also provide the option to Buy It Now for only $6,000. Buyer is responsible for any shipping/delivery charges, and I am willing to allow for local pickup if that is an option for you.
