IF YOU HAVE A ZERO BID YOU WILL BE BLOCKED....NO TRADES For sale is my 1968 Camaro. I purchased tis car from a body shop in Dayton OH where it has been for over a year. The trunk, quarters, rockers, fenders and hood all received work and or replacement at the shop. All the metal in this car is G.M. original metal, nothing from china. The pass. side door is the only part of the car needing attention. The glass is all goods, the frame and florrs are beautiful, and it is ready to finish how you please. From the factory this car was LaMans blue with blue standard interior. I was going to put several weeks of work into the car to get a few items bolted on and some paint; however, I want to try first to sell it like this incase my dream and yours arn't the same. The engine pictured is the original 327 according to the previous owned. I ran the casting and it is a 1968 327. Please understand I am makeing no claims to the fact that this is the original engine. I require a $200. deposit with in 24 hours of auction end and car picked up and payment in full by 2 weeks of auction end. if you are coming in person, please bring cash, my bank holds all checks 7 days. The steering is manual.On Apr-20-11 at 10:19:09 PDT, seller added the following information: The engine is a steel crank 327 and was built the 3rd week of May 1968..The Camaro was built the 5th week of May so basically on or close to May 31. As with all G.M. cars, the engines are made one to two weeks ahead of the cars so this would be a correct engine to the car. I cant make out any numbers on the front pad and I am not saying this is the numbers matching engine. I was told it was and the dates are correct for numbers matching..thats all I know. The engine is free and turnes over by hand, it was running in this car when pulled. The 400 trans was lost in a move. The heads are correct because they dont have the bolt holes in them for alt. or power steering.
