Selling my 4 door Rabbit LS Diesel model 4 door with an uprated 5 speed transmission, Very Reliable and Fuel efficient. I use it daily on a 90 mile round trip commute. I average 47.6 mpg @ an average speed of 70-72 mph out of which 90% of my commute is highway and the remainder regular stop and go traffic. I have tested the fuel economy for one tank full at 65mph on the highway and the result was 50MPG. Many updates and parts were replaced as needed including suspension , brakes, tires, battery, fluids etc... Handles great and drives wonderful. No shakes or pulling or sloppy steering. I purcased a pick up and am using that as my daily driver instead of this Vw. So there might be some miles added by the time this auction ends. NON Smoker and No pets, No foul odors or stains. The Good: All lights: turn , hazzard, head hi/low, markers and including back up lights work. Seats are all in good condtion not torn or ripped. Door panels are clean and dash is in great shape. Solid car, clean door bottoms, clean rear hatch, hood and windshield area. Strut towers are perfect . New wiper motor New brakes front and rear New clutch New clutch cable new struts and bearings front and rear new wheel bearings front and rear replaced front right side drive arm or cv shaft new muffler new tires new carpet new headliner newer battery new belt and tensioner replaced bushings in front suspension new ball joints new tie rods new gas struts for rear hatch upgraded it to a 5 speed tranny recent paint very clean no rust ready to enjoy the fuel savings The not so good A/C car , all is there but when it was repainted it was not hooked up. There is one line that needs reinstalling and system needs charge, line is there. It hooks on the back of compressor. I do have the Vw emblem on front grille and will be reinstalled for buyer. Front Euro plate NOT included.
