Vehicle Detail
This is a 1972 El Camino with a 68 clip on the front. It has a 454 that has been rebuilt only 3000 miles ago, while doing that i had the air conditioning replaced and that is running ice cold, necessary down here in Florida. I have really enjoyed owning this car and i am only selling it because i am moving back to Australia and it is too much hassle getting it back there. Following is a list of the bigger thing that I have done to the car. Rebuilt engine. I had it rebuilt for daily driving and the cars quick but for a 454 is not too bad on the fuel.Suspension replaced.Diff seals and bearings done.Steering done.Brakes done, it has a double booster so yes it goes hard but stops in a big hurry. Interior is very nice, seats and all carpet in top condition.Rims are american racing and look great.Cross over duel exhaust sounds unreal.New radiator and hoses.750 carbiand a lot of other little stuff. I have had to step out of the country for a few weeks but my friend Kenny is happy to answer any question you have. He saw the car when I first got it and has seen what I have had done and will be more then able to answer any questions you have. I just ask that you please call him after 6pm on, 945 401 1122. The car is a classic but I have had it as a daily driver and it has been a bunch of fun. It is a really nice car to drive and gets a lot of positive comments where ever I go. I really do not want to sell it and whoever buys it is going to get a great car. Happy bidding, John. The car is straight out of storage and has not been detailed. Happy bidding, John. On Apr-20-11 at 15:01:15 PDT, seller added the following information: Ooopppss!!! phone number 954 401 1122
