1964 vw bug almost 100% original. the interior has the original seat upholstry, door panels, head liner, ivory button sapphire radio and rubber mats. It's been repainted one time in its factory color which is a nice period color and really shows well, it runs fantastic and is really quite comfortable to drive, clutch suspension and brakes are excellent, very quiet with no rattles or funny sounds or a lot of air infiltration, the driver wing window needs its little latch but I can probably get one before the auction is over. The floors are original and solid as well as recent heat exchangers. The tires are all brand new, it is missing the horn button but I will replace that for you. This can either be a daily driver or secondary transportation which ever you prefer but is quite capable in every way of driving it every day. There is a small crease in the front hood and a key scratch on the passenger door. The chrome bumpers are very nice but the bumperettes have some pitting. The carpet is not original and while it serves its purpose would look a lot better if replaced, the rubber mats with tunnel cover are very nice. you are welcome to come and inspect it and or send someone for an evaluation all questions will be answered honestly and to the best of my ability. I cannot stress enough how nicely it drives without feeling like your driving a car of this age, it of course gets attention and thumbs up regularly. Up keep is minimal and very inexpensive.
