Vehicle Detail
This is a good, solid, running survivor, everything works correctly including the AC. I bought this 4 years ago in the desert region (Hemet) of California. I drove it to New Orleans where I used it as a daily driver then towed a uhaul trailer with it to Concord, North Carolina, when I moved here. Since then I've used it off and on as a daily driver. I had visions of going completely through it and using it as a tow car for a hot rod but due to the economy and some greedy american companies it's got to go. 351M V8 with Edelbrock Performer manifold, new 600CFM Holley 4Bbl. carburetor. I had it dyno-tuned last year when I installed the new carburetor. New (1 yr. old) aluminum radiator. Factory dual exhaust. C4 automatic and 9" differential with highway gears. 10" x 15" Cragar SSs with BF Goodrich Radial T/As on the rear and 8" x 15s on the front, fronts have some surface rust. All tires have low miles. Heavy duty trailer hitch with electric braking system. (never used the braking system so not sure of it) Rear air shocks. Aftermarket stereo (Pioneer) with 10 disc cd changer, amplifier and speakers behind the seat. Remote operated electric door locks with engine immobilizing system. Paint is faded and flaking on a few places. There are few small spots of surface rust and surface rust in the bed but absolutely NO rot or bondo. The only dents are small ones on each side at the tail lights, easily fixed. Trim on side is custom cut and shaped American Cherry to replace those that were missing and the rest that was unobtainable plastic that shrunk with age. Bench seat has been recovered, door panels are excellent and the carpet is ok. The dash pad has some cracks. All glass is excellent and factory tinted. The following extras/spares go with it; factory correct GT type outside mirrors , they were intended to be painted and installed when car/truck was painted at some point. (Car had none when bought) A set of GT dash gauges with oil pressure, temp, tach, etc, gauges and 2 covers. Assorted fan belts, fuel pump, new seat belts, etc. Before anybody asks, I would not hesitate to drive it anywhere and will deliver it for expenses. (upon payment of course) But there are no guarantees, it is after all a 34 yr. old car. This is the center of NASCAR country, (if you're into it) most of the shops are within 15 - 30 minutes of here. Come on down and make a road trip out of it. CLEAR TITLE IN HAND.
