Virginia does not require a title for any 50 CC motor but I have the paid off lein letter from Honda for the customer to view .I will write the buyer a bill of sale with the vin number for them to get a title if they wish to do so .My daughter purchased a car instead so this bike rides and sounds brand new it has 33 original miles nothing is wrong with it its is in excellent comdition no wear on the tires at all.. I purchase this bike for my daughter and she never used it i have had it in my garage since and only drove it to keep everything oiled up and running .My loss is your gain you will not be disappointed very nice bike also I think you get 100 miles to the gallon with the gas on the rise this is the bike for you .
