COMMENTS THIS IS A VERY CLEAN 2008 BMW 328CiC CONVERTIBLE WITH AN AUTOMATIC STEPTRONIC TRANSMISSION. IT IS IN GREAT CONDITION AND IT HAS SUPER LOW MILES. IT HAS ONLY 16083 MILES - ONE OWNER, ALL ORIGINAL MILES - GUARANTEED. THIS 328CiC CONVERTIBLE WAS A MANUFACTURER'S BUY BACK. THE PREVIOUS OWNER BROUGHT IT BACK FOR WATER LEAK FROM THE SEALES BETWEEN THE DOORS AND THE TOP AND THE DEALER TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED TO REPAIR AND BMW BOUGHT IT BACK. BEFORE BMW OF NORTH AMERICA SOLD IT, THEY CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND SIGNED OFF ON IT. THE BMW REPRESENTATIVE TESTDROVE THE CAR AND SIGNED OFF THAT IT WAS REPAIRED. THEY STAND 100% BEHIND IT. WE HAVE THE PAPERWORK TO SHOW THAT. THEY SIMPLY REPLACED THE SEALS BETWEEN THE TOP PANELS AND THE DOORS, WHICH WERE DEFECTIVE AND NOT SEATED PROPERLY AND TESTED THE CAR.
