1990 Geo Metro LSI 5 speed NO RESERVE 1990 Geo Metro LSI 5 speed, rebuilt engine approx 40k miles ago, Adult driven 70 miles one way, three days a week, and has been very dependable. ENGINE.The engine was rebuilt approx 40k miles ago to include valves ,rings ,bearings ,water pump, timing belt ,runs good .The car has an after market muffler ,it is just a little louder than stock,not to noisy .The car has been getting around 47 MPG on my commutes TRANSMISSION.The trans shifts through all the gears very good,replaced the clutch approx 40k miles ago. BODY. The car was painted approx two years ago.The paint started chip up by the antanna so I put a sticker over it . The paint still looks pretty good,It does have some dings and scratches.No rust. TIRES. Tires have approx 80 to 90 % tread left .Almost new. BRAKES.The pads are good ,they were changed last year.The brakes work good but pulsat a little coming off the freeway at high speeds .I think the front rotors being changed would fix that.It brakes fine in the city. INTERIOR. Interior is pretty nice,has seats out of a later model metro.Has a Sony stereo and is wired for an amplifier(needed a good stereo for those long commutes) .All the guages ,lights,heater work.Glass is good. The carpet could use a cleaning.There is some wear but looks pretty good for the year. Ther are some cracks under the dash cover on the dash pad. If you need to fly in to drive the vehicle home I can pick you up at the airport,it's about a half hour away.If you want to ship the car I will work with your shipper any way I can.You can come out and check out the car anytime before the auction ends,just let me know.
